Our socks may only be ordered by orthotic and prosthetic professionals.  Please see your Orthotist or Prosthetist if you are interested in our socks!  Thank you.

Mastercard/Visa Orders
Customers may place orders on Mastercard or Visa. Please notify your Royal Knit representative when ordering by phone, or indicate on Fax if you wish to exercise this option. Credit card orders do not qualify for early payment discounts.

Account Number
Please have your account number ready when calling in your order.  When faxing an order please include account number on your purchase order.

Prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are those proces that are in effect at the time Royal Knit accepts your order. Prices are subject to change with out notice. All orders are FOB shipping point. If an item is in stock it will be invoiced the next business day. If an item is not in stock it will be invoiced upon shipment.

Special Orders
Items ordered as special orders or items not in stock are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Special orders and items not in stock are normally shipped in two (2) business days.

Domestic Shipping
All orders are automatically shipped UPS 3-day select at UPS Ground prices.

Returns
Returns must have a return authorization (RA) number within ninety days of invoice date or they will not be accepted. Contact your Royal Knit representative for an RA number or information regarding restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply.
